Inside a real wealth system is something much more powerful and sustainable. It's about building an intentional entry point into your world. It's about creating a way for people to step closer, to gain access to you, your ideas, your offers, without needing everything included upfront. It's about designing your business in a way where people pay to be inside your orbit.
And once they're there, ooh, they buy what they need, when they need it, and when they're [00:01:00] ready. And that one strategic decision, it changes everything about how your business grows. Why? Because it creates something that most entrepreneurs don't have A simple, clear way for people to step closer, a way for someone to say. I don't need everything at once. I just wanna start, I want to be near this work so I know what you're thinking. This sounds an awful, like a freebie or a low price entry point, right?
And let me be clear, this is not a freebie. This isn't some cute PDF that disappears in a download folder somewhere. This isn't, here's a taste of my work, and maybe someday you'll come back. This is something completely different. This is a paid gateway, a decision point. It's not a membership, it's not a subscription, it's not a funnel.[00:04:00]
It might have elements of those, but pay to play is something grander. It's about building a world, a place someone steps into and doesn't want to ever leave. Kind of like that song, hotel California, right? It's just like that. Think of it like inviting people into your bubble, your orbit, your. Ecosystem.
You're gonna hear me talk a lot about ecosystems because, well, that's what I'm building, and as I look to the future and what's changing in the future, you need an ecosystem. If you wanna survive as a course creator, as an entrepreneur, as someone who's building something on an online. Space or stage, you need an ecosystem.
So we're gonna talk a lot more about that. And once they're in, they don't start looking for an exit. Crazy, right? But it's true. They feel like they belong there. They're happy to stay month after month. Because what you've built is that valuable. And again, this isn't for the [00:05:00] browsers. This is not for the ones still circling your free content, hoping for a breakthrough.
This is for the women or whoever you serve who's already leaning in, who already knows she's ready for more and who's willing to move. It's for the women who's already leaning in, and who feels it, who's saying, I want to be in your world and I'm willing to put something down to do it. And that one small move, just choosing to pay for access.
It changes everything because now she's not just watching from the outside. Guess what? She's inside and she's in momentum. And here's the part I want you to really hear. You don't have to throw everything you've gotten to some big, all exclusive program just to prove your value.
Okay? I'm talking to you guys like a membership. You don't need 12 weeks of curriculum or a massive group coaching course. You just don't [00:06:00] need it. You need one intentional entry point. That's it. Crazy, right? That's why you're gonna hear me talk about like, you don't need to keep these mega launches going.
Everything's changing. You don't need to be creating more and more and more. Let's stop that. Let's stop that right now. If you're tired, raise your hand. My hand's in the air is your hand up there because. I am tired of these crazy launches. I am tired of all this craziness, and I've only been in the online space for 18 months.
I've been coaching for a long time. I've been very successful in my other businesses and my own personal life and the wealth that I have built. And just to be here for 18 months going, this is ridiculous. Seeing these top creators who are like, I have to live and breathe this, or I lose money. Like, that's crazy to me.
Okay, so I want you to start with something small, something grounded, something that quietly says, come closer. Let me show you how I [00:07:00] work. Let's see where it goes. That's what I want you to build. When someone pays to play, they're not just buying information, they're buying proximity. They're saying, I want to be near your brain, near your voice, near your energy.
Have you ever had a client come back to you and say, I've heard you in my head for so long when I was done and I left, I didn't hear you anymore. I want your voice back inside my head. I. That's a good sign. I've had clients do that, which is why I created a membership for one of my other programs that I have because they came back and they said, I miss you in my head.
I want to hear your voice. I want to be with you. Right? They want that. They wanna be around you. That is important. And the way you give them this access, that's totally up to you. Maybe it's a private Slack group where you drop ideas each week. Mine. Is going to be Slack access to me. Right. And we have talked about rooms before, and when you [00:08:00] have certain rooms, which are certain levels, then each room can actually have different opportunities.
As part of the pay to play, which is really cool, but maybe it's a short call to map out your custom plan. Maybe it's behind the scenes vaults of your process, or it's simply members only feed where they get your deeper thoughts. Like you can create a podcast for members only. Like there's so much stuff that you can create.
I want you to really think about it. It doesn't have to be big. Remember? It just needs to be intentional. Here is a simple example. Let's say you're a piano teacher. Instead of trying to sell full packages to every new student, you create a low cost monthly access pass. It gives students entry into your private music community where they get.
Warmups technique, tips, maybe even a recorded q and a. But here's the magic. Once they're inside, they can see the deeper stuff. Your advanced lessons, your sheet music vault, your [00:09:00] private coaching, all stuff that they pay for on top of being inside for proximity and access. And because they're already in your world, they're far more likely to say yes.
To buy these courses because it's not coming from a stranger. It's coming from someone they already trust. Can I repeat that? I think it's that valuable. It comes from someone they already trust. I was just listening to a really big name and I, I'm like totally blanking right now what his name was, but it's, the creator of the Wolf of Wall Street, and he was saying how important it is to build trust in the first 10 seconds of talking to someone. Because when you get an objection where they're like, oh, let me talk about it. Let me ask my husband, I don't have the money right now. You hear stuff like that.
It's not that it's a no, that means you have not built trust and they don't trust you yet. That's something so cool. So you need to start building that trust and when they come in and they see what you've done, [00:10:00] you're already building that trust. That's how cool it is. Okay. Here's another example. Let's say you help women with A DHD get organized.
I know some of you out there, I've coached some of you out there. That's a cool thing to do. Your pay to play model might be a $97 monthly s support pass. That unlocks a weekly check-in a private podcast, maybe access to calming routines and tools that they can use right away. And once they're inside, they start buying what they actually need.
Your planner system or your one-to-one coaching, your personalized strategy systems or sessions, like whatever it is you're gonna sell inside. Of your pay to play model, which is your ecosystem that we're building, that can be purchased when they're ready, but because they already trust you and they have the proximity, they're paying you $97 a month to get into your first room so that they could be part of you and with you, and then you can talk to them about when they feel right.
There's that trust when it feels [00:11:00] right and you need this. You can buy my planner system. You can buy my one-to-one coaching, right? You can get personalized strategy sessions that we can build around you to help you, but you're here now. You're safe, you're in the right place. See how different that is. And you don't need to push all this stuff up front.
So a lot of times with the course creators, they're doing. What we're taught, right? And you can leave me a comment about this. You can message me about this and let's have a conversation. Because we're taught that, okay, get them warmed up with a freebie. Get them into your list, warm 'em up on your list some more.
Then get them to a masterclass. Inside the masterclass. You can teach 'em something for X amount of minutes, and then you've earned the right to give a pitch. Why it works. I know it works. I've done it. I know the big names do it. It works. The problem is now that there's so much noise out there, everybody's doing it, that the people you are selling to.
Yeah, I gotcha. I know what you're doing. And they don't wanna show [00:12:00] up anymore. Or, I was talking to another, course creator and she was so funny. She was like, I went for this master class and I was all excited because they were talking about something I've never heard of before. And I was like, yeah. I was like, what was it?
And she's telling me, and she goes, I was so upset. Within the first 10, 15 minutes of me sitting there, I realized they're talking about X, Y, Z, and she's like, I sell X, Y, Z. They just named it something really cool and flashy, but they're basically selling the same thing I sell, and that was it. Like.
Creating a name or just changing stuff up isn't going to help you sell More people are savvy now. They get it. They're out there. Who we are selling to is they're, they're doing the same thing we're doing, so let's create something different, right? Let's not push all these sales up front to somebody.
Let's just create a door and let them walk into it. You can even do like what I'm doing with my House of Cortes, my exclusive Society for women. [00:13:00] It's an invite only door. The door doesn't open for everybody. The door is available if the house thinks you are right. And if you think you're right, like I'm not even selling.
I have people already who are like, I'm in. I wanna buy. And I'm like, you can't buy like, like you cannot just come by. You have to get an invitation to the open house tour. Once you get an invitation to the open house tour, then you have to come to me and request an application. Once you request the application, you complete it, then the house will assess it to see if you're the right fit, but you have to go through this whole process.
The reason there is a process is because. What I am building for the House of Cortes is something so different. so revolutionary. It's going to change everything. This is what women are looking for. I was just having lunch with my friend Maya. Hi Maya. I'm giving you a shout out, and she's a course creator as well.
And we had lunch because I'm getting ready to [00:14:00] move and she's like, I wanna see you before you move. And we were talking, she said, I have this friend and I met her in a, mastermind. And she goes, I was just appalled at how much money this person's spending. And I was like, tell me about it.
She goes. Yeah, she's spending $4,000 on this course. She's in a mastermind at $12,000 a year for that course, right? That mastermind. And she's listing all these things off and she goes, this poor lady is spending about $15,000 a month in all these programs. And I go, well, is she doing any better? And Maya's like, Nope, not at all.
She's not. She's so afraid that if she stops, she's gonna fail, but she's not moving forward. She's not changing anything. Is that you? Does that sound like you? That was me for a long time. I've taken so many courses where I'm like, okay, that's gonna tell me the secret. Okay. That one's gonna tell me a secret.
Maybe this one tells me a secret. Okay. Can I [00:15:00] tell you guys a secret? Do you want to know what the secret is? Because I'm gonna tell you. Are you ready? I. There's no secret. I know, right? There's no secret. The secret is if you do not build your business authentically to yourself, if you do not put the passion behind it, you do not build that trust.
You do not have irresistible value where someone knows exactly what you do. Just by hearing it, you won't be successful. You are going to keep hunting. This all is learned and done through the right rooms. There is no ecosystem. There is no rooms. There's no area that I have found yet. If I'm wrong, make a comment and let me know because I have not found what I'm building.
I have not found a place where people come into the world, into the house is how I call it. Right? And when you come inside the house. They lift you up, so you start as a [00:16:00] founding level right at the beginning, but as you move up into different rooms, the core value of the house is to pull others up.
We are a community. We are women who are building empires. It wasn't handed to us. We are creating it. That's why it's the House of Cortes. A. We are a matriarchs. We're a monarchs. We are building an empire, but we're not giving it. We have to build it, and we've been building it. And this is for the women who are tired of trying to find a place to grow, trying to find a place to be seen and heard, to be understood.

The problem is, in the world today, people are craving that community, that sense of belonging so, so much like desperately, they're lonely. People are lonely. I want to [00:22:00] create something different. Don't you wanna create something different? Create a community where you can serve. If you invite and serve, they will not leave.
And here's what really happens beneath the surface. People don't want more content. They're tired of content. We all are. I am. Raise your hand. I'm so tired of content. What they want is connection. Like I was just saying. They want a space, they belong to a place where they can return, grow, and be held in the work they want You.
Just yesterday I was on a call and they asked me and they said, do you think AI is going to replace your job? And I kind of laughed a little bit and I said, well, if you ask me about the whole AI conversation, which if you guys are interested, let me know because I have some cool ideas on that.
But. I see AI coming and changing and evolving everything. So like the governments we know of today will not be the same. The commerce and how we buy will not be the same. No. And never, right? They never, never will, because I can give something. They can never give human connection. We have forgotten that. We need to charge more. That's just what it's gonna become. They want you just like, I want the coach I'm paying big bucks for. So I wanna share a little bit with you, right? When I hear my clients tell me they joined a $4,000 coaching program and never actually got the coach they thought they were hiring.
I ask them one question, how likely are you to ever buy from this person again? And without fail? Every time I ask it, they say the same thing. Never. That's how you stop needing to constantly restart your business every 30 days. That's how you build a real wealth system that well. Feels effortless, [00:25:00] right? That is what this is all about. When you build a pay to play model into your business, that's exactly what you're giving them. You're building a relationship, one that deepens over time, one that isn't tied to urgency or volume.
One that works whether you're at your desk or. Offline, living your life, which I hope you're doing lots of by the way. And the best part, you're no longer starting from scratch every month. You're not scrambling to launch again, sell again, push again.
You're building a system that grows with you, a world where people can stay close, stay supported, and keep buying without you burning out to keep it all going.
That's what makes pay to play a wealth strategy, not a product, not a sales gimmick. A structure, a way of doing business that is designed to last. This is why pay to play isn't just a good idea. It's not a nice to have. It's not a clever tactic that someone taught you in a webinar once. It's something much deeper than that.
It's a core [00:26:00] structure that belongs inside any business designed to grow sustainably, especially if you're building wealth on your own terms. Because without it, your business becomes a revolving door. New people in, old people out, always chasing attention, always trying to rebuild momentum. And no matter how brilliant you are, what you are, no matter how powerful your offers are, if there's no place for people to land and stay.
You keep feeling like you're starting over again and again, but when you create just one intentional access point, one place where someone can raise their hand and say yes. I want to come in. It literally is just a group of people. Anybody else allowed in, anybody's allowed to do something. It doesn't deepen what they want. It's, it's not just their staying. You have to be able to deepen their transformation over time. If it is a free group that feels like a Facebook group that anyone can come and go as, and they're not paying to get proximity, what's their transformation over time?
They're not staying, they're not gonna feel that. And you're not just building revenue. So remember, you're building something that can actually hold that revenue. You're building real infrastructure, the kind that grows without grinding the kind that doesn't break when more people show up. Do you wanna know what makes a business feel effortless? Yeah. This is it. It's having people come in, [00:28:00] pay to be closer and stay long enough to become your best clients.
The kind of people who stick around, who get results, who tell everybody about you, that they're in it with you. This is the huge part. They become your sales pitch, not you. And people are more likely to buy from a referral than they are from hearing about you on TikTok or seeing an ad. It is the warmest way through a referral pay to play shifts, that whole relationship, and when the relationship shifts, everything else falls.
Your energy, your income, your time. Your peace. And here's the thing that women don't realize. The model you choose literally determines how your energy moves. Let me repeat that 'cause it is a mouthful. The model you choose literally determines how your energy moves. If your business is built on constant selling, explaining, pitching, launching, you already know how exhausted that feels.
But what [00:29:00] if your business is built to hold people? If it's built for people to come in, explore, stay, and buy when they're ready, that's when you build momentum. That's when it gets easier. That's when you start to feel like you're finally building something solid. Not just money, wealth, like real wealth, time freedom.
Consistent income aligned clients, a model that gets better as you grow. And it all starts with this, a paid door into your world. So if something's clicking right now, if you're feeling that little shift in your chest, like, oh God, like this is what I've been missing. You're not imagining it. What if the offer isn't even the issue? What if you've just been missing the structure that was meant to hold all of it together and this part, this pay to play model? Most people aren't [00:30:00] teaching it because most people don't see it. They don't even know what it is. They don't even understand how to use it.
But I have been obsessed with it for years, how it works, why it works, the psychology behind it, the profit structure inside of it, which is freaking crazy. When I look at companies are actually doing this, I will not name the company, but they're making a billion dollars, billion with a b. Just on the fees they're making from the pay to play.
So someone's paying to come into their ecosystem, into their world to be able to buy things from them, and they're making I think it's over a billion with a B dollars, just there, not even counting what they're making on everything else. How crazy is that? The profit structure. Inside it is crazy.
The way it simplifies the front end and makes the backend scalable is huge. And honestly, it blows my mind how few people in the online space are building this [00:31:00] way. Meanwhile, like I said, I'm watching these companies use this exact structure to generate billions again with a B, just from the access pass alone.
That's not even counting, like I said, what they're making when people come inside. So know this isn't just about being visible. This is about containment. It's about what your business does when the people are already in, and whether or not it actually holds them long enough. To become something more.
That's the huge one. Okay. That's like, it's the difference between just a mastermind or a membership, right? It's like, can it hold them long enough where they're actually making a transformation and they're moving to something more? This exact model is one of the three core structures I've built Everything around.
It lives inside every offer. It lives inside my strategy, and it lives inside something much bigger. The wealth system of a Cortes A. Now, I'll tell [00:32:00] you more about what that is in a moment, but first I just need you to breathe this in. You don't need more offers. You don't need more content. You don't need to push harder.
Can we pause for a second? Doesn't, just saying that make you feel lighter. You don't need all that. You just don't. My daughter's like, you need to stop saying jam Mom. It like really ages you. Well, I'm old, so there we go. But like. That is what I do. That is what I do exceptionally well.
I can look at someone's business and I can just, by even just hearing you tell me what you do, I could be like, why are you doing that? Why are you doing that? Why are we not charging more here? Why don't we do this? Like my brain works like that, okay? And I want you to understand effortless is the name of the game.
To have longevity, to have [00:33:00] health in your body, to have a healthy business, and to leave a legacy for your kids. Okay? And I don't wanna talk about this. 'cause I don't wanna just be like, the work disappears, right? But because the structure finally makes sense, the work's still there. We still have to work, but we make it effortless.
So the structure makes everything easier. You need. A world where people want to pay to enter a space where they're not just buying something, they're buying into you. Your energy, your vision, your way of leading. And when you build that, when you create that access point that leads to something bigger, that's when the business stops taking from you and starts giving.

So let's zoom out for a second because what I just walked you through the pay to play structure, it's not a standalone idea. It can be, I see companies do it, but I have designed it to be part of something bigger.
Are we not building an empire that we can leave a legacy [00:35:00] for our children? Is this not something we wanna do? That's what I thought, right? We are leaving something bigger. So I have built out the wealth system of a Cortes, that's what I call it.
